Our partner Expert Music provides licensed content, music curation and documents for agreed locations. NEXON Vision supplies players, cloud control, schedules, audio zones and advertising or information inserts.

Selections reflect your venue, audience, genres and team preferences. Quiet mornings, busy afternoons and relaxed evenings can sound different, with separate choices for restaurants, retail floors or spas.
Expert Music refreshes online-channel repertoire and considers agreed preferences. The partner reports monthly catalogue additions of 500 tracks and 35 albums.

An online channel with an offline backup
The player runs the Expert Music stream while the partner refreshes its content. If connectivity is lost, a previously downloaded backup playlist takes over, without staff having to find replacement music.
Or an agreed selection of files
Licensed audio files can be downloaded to the player for local playback. This suits locations with unreliable internet; updates to the selection are planned separately.
Music with space for your messages
Play advertising and information announcements individually or in blocks, between tracks or at an exact time by interrupting the background. Control repetition, rotation, smooth transitions and volume.
Text-to-speech announcements and API events
Vision AI helps turn messages into speech. An external system can trigger prepared announcements through the API. Server-side optimisation normalises uploaded files for more consistent volume.

The music subscription is separate from NEXON Vision. Together with the partner, we agree the catalogue, territory, term and locations; the licensing documents cover that repertoire at those locations.
This is not blanket permission for any music from the internet or personal streaming accounts. The agreement for your project determines the rights and public-use conditions.
